Set timer/focus attention for 25min/Turn off distractions-phone,messages etc/dive deep for 25min/after that do something fun = Enhancing ones focus and attention and 'relaxation-which is also important part of learning process'

Analogy: comparing traveller who's on foot than on car, on foot you get to notice more details, rabbit trails, smells of pines, touch the details of surroundings rather than by car
